Greetings to you; my name is Mr. Mika K. Rhoda, manager of a branch of
International Commercial Bank (ICB) here in the Tema District Branch Ghana.
Forgive my indignation, if this letter comes to you as a surprise and offend
you, because you have no prior knowledge of this transfer, but it for the
mutual benefit of you and I.
I will need your assistance for investment project in your Country, which I
decided within my self after my research that your Country would be
profitable in huge amount investment such like real estates managements.
Before I continuing I will say first you must agreed to work with me as a
business partner. I will like you to know that the money I intend to invest,
was excess profit made in my branch for end of last year transaction which
my head office is not aware of, I have already submitted an approved report
for last year's transaction to my head office and they will never be aware
of the fund any more.
Bear in mind that you will provide reliable empty or floating account that
can hold this fund when transferred, because I don't have foreign account
due to the law and ethic of my service to this bank, it's going to be a
bank-to-bank transfer and you are entitled to 20% of the total money as your
commission while 80% will be for me and that I'm going to invest. (No Risk
is involved in it)
The amount is Two Million Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States
Dollars (US$2.550.000.00) don't entertain any fear because there's no risk
involved, If you accept this offer, I will appreciate your immediate
respond.
